Private workspace access terms

TutorHub is Steve’s private tool for organising English tuition. The public information pages do not give access to pupil records. A private invitation link may allow its holder to view and update one pupil’s learning profile and bookings. It does not grant access to the tutor’s admin workspace. Keep private booking and calendar links secure.

Authorised use

Use the private workspace only through an account authorised to access it. Keep sign-in credentials and private booking links secure. Do not share access to another person’s records or connect a Google account unless you are entitled to authorise that account.

Bookings and communication

Lesson availability, agreed prices and cancellation arrangements are managed with Steve. These access terms do not replace or change an existing tuition agreement. Check the details of booking and rescheduling confirmations and contact Steve promptly if something is incorrect.

Gmail connection

Connecting Gmail is an optional tutor action. Google’s consent screen identifies the requested permission to send email. The tutor controls the authorised sending account and can disconnect it in Settings or revoke access through Google. The app does not request access to read the mailbox. Other app messages remain drafts unless a separate sending workflow has been expressly agreed.
