TutorHub helps Steve manage English tuition: pupil learning profiles, lesson bookings, invoices, payment reconciliation, teaching notes and resources.
This website explains the app and its data practices. The tutor’s workspace requires sign-in. Families use private invitation links that show only the invited pupil’s booking and learning-profile information.
Why connect Gmail?
The tutor can authorise a Gmail account to send lesson-rescheduling confirmations to the person who booked, using the contact information recorded during registration. A confirmation includes the previous and new lesson times.
The Google connection requests account identity, the account’s email address and permission to send email. It does not request permission to read your Gmail inbox, search mail or manage contacts.
Other communication remains an editable draft for the tutor to review and send separately. Sample lessons do not send real messages.
Account control
Only the tutor connects the sending account. The tutor can disconnect it in Settings or revoke the app’s access in their Google Account. Changing the sender address requires authorising the replacement account.
